With knowledge and skills in a wide range of fields including HR, Housing Support and Finance the Management Committee ensure the successful operation and governance of the Project. They meet 4-5 times a year where they discuss operational factors, finance and services delivered.
As a Project, driven by the needs of service users, we encourage them to voice their thoughts and opinions. To this end, two current and one ex-service users sit on the Management Committee and provide reports, based on peer feedback – from recent activities. These reports influence the direction of Project services.
