Hi, my name is Julie Ringsell and I work in the third sector supporting people living with HIV and/or HVC. Coming from a corporate background into the third sector, I hope to use my experiences, skills, knowledge and connections gained over the years to benefit this amazing organisation. It’s my personal value that we should ensure equity for all. We all need to promote fairness along with equality, however, equity achieves this by treating people differently according to their needs.
My name is Rhona Campbell, I moved from Dundee to London, living there for 30 years managing children’s centres and after school clubs, I moved back to Dundee in 2015 taking up a role with Angus Council. For the last 4 years I have worked for Action on Hearing Loss/RNID (Royal National Institute for the Deaf) within VisionPK in Perth providing sensory support for people living in Perth & Kinross. As part of my role I travel around P&K and enjoy stopping for my packed lunch at some of the beautiful places. I am a big reader and am a member of 2 book clubs. I have 2 adult sons and enjoy family get togethers’ with my extended family. I volunteer at Maggies Centre in Dundee after receiving great support from them.
Hi, my name is Stewart Tweedlie and I volunteer supporting Perth Six Circle as a board member. I bring a number of years’ experience, previously I worked as a casework manager for the Scottish Prison Service, having retired only last year my focus remains on supporting others and supporting this organisation. I hope to bring not only my experience of working with a person-centred approach, but also my experience of multi-agency networking, this to best align resources and assist to help deliver the most effective outcomes for its service users. I live with my partner and our dogs in the Perthshire countryside near Coupar Angus. I look forward to supporting Perth Six Circle and the valuable and worthwhile work it undertakes for its service users and the wider community.
